BeDriver is a DMV practice test application designed to help users prepare for their driver's license written exam. Our service includes:

• Practice test questions based on official DMV handbooks
• Mock exams simulating the real test experience
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Access to state driver's handbooks

No Guarantee of Results

Important: BeDriver is a study aid and practice tool. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in passing your DMV exam. Actual DMV test questions may differ from our practice questions. Always refer to your state's official DMV handbook and resources for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

User Accounts

You may use BeDriver without creating an account (guest mode). If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You may not share your account with others
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Subscriptions and Payments

BeDriver offers both free and premium content:

• Free Tier: Access to the first 3 practice tests without payment or signup
• Premium: Full access to all practice tests, mock exams, and features

Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan you choose (weekly, monthly, or lifetime). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• Within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used premium features
• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service
• Accidental or unauthorized purchases

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or sell our content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our service

All content on BeDriver, including questions, explanations, and design, is owned by BeDriver or licensed to us. Road sign images are based on the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and are in the public domain.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BeDriver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All information is completely accurate or current
• Using our service will guarantee passing your DMV exam

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeDriver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to failure to pass your DMV exam.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
